Sau giai đoạn chuyển giao dữ liệu với IIA Global và nâng cấp website hiện tại của IIA Việt Nam, chúng tôi xin thông báo đến Anh Chị quy trình đăng ký và truy cập website IIA Việt Nam như sau:
After the data transfer with IIA Global and upgrading the current IIA Vietnam website, we would like to inform you of the registration and access procedures as follows:
1. Đối với Anh Chị đang là Hội viên IIA / For Existing IIA Members:
Anh Chị đã có sẵn tài khoản Đăng nhập nên không cần Đăng ký. Anh Chị vui lòng hoàn tất các bước đăng nhập lần đầu.
You already have a login account and do not need to register. Please complete the first-time login steps.
A. Đăng nhập lần đầu và thay đổi mật khẩu / First-time Login and Password Change:
Bước 1: Click vào đường link Quên mật khẩu: https://theiia-vietnam.org/quen-mat-khau
Click on the Forgot Password link: https://theiia-vietnam.org/quen-mat-khau
Bước 2: Nhập email nhận link thay đổi mật khẩu
Enter your email to receive the password reset link
Bước 3: Kiểm tra trong hộp thư Inbox/Junk/Spam email đường link Xác nhận thay đổi mật khẩu
Check your Inbox, Junk, or Spam mail with the password reset confirmation link
Bước 4: Tiến hành thay đổi mật khẩu
Proceed to change your password
B. Gia hạn Hội viên IIA / IIA Membership Renewal:
Bước 1: Truy cập website IIA Việt Nam https://theiia-vietnam.org/
Access the IIA Vietnam website at https://theiia-vietnam.org/
Bước 2: Click vào đăng nhập
Click on "Login"
Bước 3: Điền thông tin Đăng nhập user là email Anh Chị đã đăng ký ban đầu trên CCMS của IIA Global, và password cá nhân đã thiết lập
Enter your login information with the user being the email you initially registered on the IIA Global CCMS, and the personal password you have set up
Bước 4: Click vào Quản lý tài khoản để xem thông tin cá nhân
Click on Account Management to view personal information
Bước 5: Click vào “Nâng cấp thành viên”
Click on “Upgrade Membership”
Bước 6: Click vào Giỏ hàng
Click on Shopping Cart
Bước 7: Tiến hành thanh toán bằng phương thức Internet Banking./ Proceed with payment using Internet Banking.
Lưu ý: Đối với Anh Chị có yêu cầu xuất hóa đơn, vui lòng tick vào ô “Yêu cầu xuất hóa đơn” và điền các thông tin hóa đơn cần xuất / Note: For those who require an invoice, please tick the “Request Invoice” box and fill in the necessary invoice details.
C. Đăng nhập tài khoản Hội viên trên IIA Global/ Sign in to your Member Account on IIA Global
- Các thao tác liên quan đến chứng chỉ, Anh Chị vui lòng thực hiện trên CCMS https://ccms.theiia.org/ với tài khoản trên. Nếu cần hỗ trợ Anh Chị có thể tạo Help case trên CCMS hoặc email tới CustomerRelations@theiia.org
For certification-related matters, please complete on CCMS at https://ccms.theiia.org by using your account. If you need assistance, you can create a Help case on CCMS or email CustomerRelations@theiia.org
2. Đối với Anh Chị chưa là Hội viên IIA / For those who are not yet IIA members:
Anh Chị vui lòng tiến hành Đăng ký theo các hướng dẫn bên dưới.
Please proceed with registration following the instructions below
A. Đăng ký tài khoản / Register an account:
Bước 1: Truy cập website IIA Việt Nam https://theiia-vietnam.org/
Visit the IIA Vietnam website at https://theiia-vietnam.org/
Bước 2: Click Đăng ký
Click on “Sign up”
Bước 3: Điền các thông tin theo yêu cầu bên dưới, sau đó click “Đăng ký”
Fill in the required information below, then click “Register”
Bước 4: Bạn sẽ nhận được email xác nhận đăng ký gửi vài tài khoản email mà bạn đã đăng ký. Vui lòng click đường dẫn trong email để xác nhận đăng ký. Lúc này bạn đã có tài khoản thường (chưa là Hội viên IIA) để tiến hành các thao tác trên websie IIA Việt Nam.
You will receive a registration confirmation email sent to the email account you registered with. Please click the link in the email to confirm your registration. At this point, you will have a regular account (not yet an IIA member) to proceed with actions on the IIA Vietnam website.
B. Nâng cấp tài khoản thành tài khoản Hội viên IIA / Upgrade your account to an IIA membership account:
Bước 1: Truy cập website IIA Việt Nam https://theiia-vietnam.org/

Bước 2: Click vào đăng nhập
Click on “Sign in”
Bước 3: Điền thông tin Đăng nhập với user, password Anh Chị đã tạo thành công
Enter your login information using the username and password you successfully created
Bước 4: Click vào Quản lý tài khoản để xem thông tin cá nhân
Click on Account Management to view personal information
Bước 5: Click vào “Nâng cấp thành viên”
Click on “Upgrade Membership”
Bước 6: Click vào Giỏ hàng
Click on “Shooping Cart”
Bước 7: Tiến hành thanh toán bằng phương thức Internet Banking./ Proceed with payment using Internet Banking.
C. Đăng nhập tài khoản Hội viên trên IIA Global/ Sign in to your Member Account on IIA Global
- Trong vòng 48 giờ, Anh Chị sẽ nhận được email thông báo tài khoản mới từ IIA Global, vui lòng làm theo hướng dẫn trong email để kích hoạt tài khoản.
Within 48 hours, you will receive a notification email from IIA Global. Please follow the instructions in the email to activate your new account.
- Các thao tác liên quan đến chứng chỉ, Anh Chị vui lòng thực hiện trên CCMS https://ccms.theiia.org/ với tài khoản trên. Nếu cần hỗ trợ Anh Chị có thể tạo Help case trên CCMS hoặc email tới CustomerRelations@theiia.org

Lưu ý: Đối với Anh Chị có yêu cầu xuất hóa đơn, vui lòng tick vào ô “Yêu cầu xuất hóa đơn” và điền các thông tin hóa đơn cần xuất. IIA Việt Nam sẽ hỗ trợ xuất hóa đơn sau 3 ngày thanh toán, nếu không liên hệ thay đổi/xuất hóa đơn Công ty trong 3 ngày này, IIA Việt Nam sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm và không hỗ trợ xuất hóa đơn khác với thông tin đã đăng ký ban đầu. Quý Anh Chị cần hỗ trợ thêm về xuất hóa đơn, vui lòng liên hệ email accounting@iiavietnam.org / Note: For those who require an invoice, please tick the “Request Invoice” box and fill in the necessary invoice details. IIA Vietnam will issue the invoice within 3 days after payment. If there is no contact to request changes or issue a company invoice within this period, IIA Vietnam will not be responsible and will not support issuing invoices with information different from the initial registration. Should you need further assistance with invoice issuance, please contact us via email at accounting@iiavietnam.org.
LƯU Ý: Vì hệ thống của Global và VN cần thời gian để cập nhật dữ liệu nên có thể thông tin hội viên của Quý Anh Chị chưa kịp thời cập nhật ngay trên hệ thống CCMS của Global. Đối với các trường hợp này, Quý Anh Chị vui lòng kiểm tra lại trạng thái hội viên trên CCMS sau 48 giờ.
Trong quá trình thực hiện, nếu gặp khó khăn hay có những nội dung cần hỗ trợ Anh Chị vui lòng liên hệ IIA Việt Nam qua email iiavietnamevent@iiavietnam.org.
Since the Global and Vietnam systems need time to update data, your membership information might not be immediately reflected on the Global CCMS system. In such cases, please check your membership status on CCMS again after 48 hours
